On June 10, 2020, the Presbyterian Mission Agency celebrated the Matthew 25 Invitation by inviting congregations to a webinar (since an in-person event at General Assembly wasn’t possible) to hear from some Matthew 25 congregations, celebrate the impact of the our denomination, and commission many more to go and do likewise.
One congregation invited to share about their experience of focusing on Matthew 25 was Hope Presbyterian Church in Austin, Texas.
Hear from their senior pastor, the Reverend Josh Robinson, about how Matthew 25 has inspired the way the elders and pastors of Hope Presbyterian lead every aspect of congregational life — from worship, to Sunday School, to mission, to pastoral care — ultimately transforming their congregation to be a culturally-relevant community of believers embodying their faith in their neighborhood.
