By request from those of you out there putting your legs to the test.

In this class we focus on giving back to the legs by creating space in the hips, groin, quads & hamstrings. Expect plenty of reclined openers, mellow standing pose flows, and seated hip and shoulder openers. This methodical approach will ensure that all of your tight achy spots are addressed. Suggested Props: 2 blocks, blanket
