Love Back Love – Class THREE

This is the third of a four class series designed to help you care for your Low Back. The series includes:
Exploring Alignment
Core Strengthening
Extra Hip & Hammy Openers

Each class will offer a well rounded practice with options to modify as needed. The lessons will build upon the other, so practicing the classes in order would be ideal.

I’m bringing all of my skills to the table to help you better understand this often cranky part of the body & the lessons learned will serve you both on & off the yoga mat.

**If you are currently healing an acute low back injury, consider attending class without participating in the postures. The class is designed for healthy backs.

Suggested Props: 2 blocks, blanket, strap
