In this video, Dr. Artour Rakhimov addresses the question, “How to use sweating for heavy metal and gut detoxification?”. Sweating is very effective for this type of detox. It detoxes mercury, lead, aluminium (not a heavy metal) and other heavy metal from the bodys. You can use a sauna and steam bath for sweating. A sauna would be a better option. It takes most people about 20 minutes to sweat in the sauna. There is even a better technique to sweat, specifically physical exercise with 100 % nasal breathing.
