Is it a good or bad thing that I don’t have DOM’s after a workout? Many of us will have experienced feeling sore for a few days after a big workout and there will be other occasions when you feel as though you have trained hard but get no muscle aches at all but what does actually mean to have delayed onset muscle soreness, why does it happen sometimes and not others and what’s the purpose of it?
