There’s going to be days you have to dig deep and find a way to finish , even if it isn’t easy or pretty. Yesterday in Edwin Warner Park was one of those days (for at least one of us), and we thought it might be fun and informative to share the experience. Nashville tied a 1926 heat record yesterday, and the humidity was already suffocating at 8 a.m. on our 8-mile training loop through the park. This short video gives you a little insight into how we use humor to get through those tough days and try to understand and encourage each other along the way.
GoPro footage at 5:20 We also have been experimenting with our new GoPro Hero 7 Black and added in about 30 seconds of hyperlapse video from the hike. We’re still working out the settings and how to mount it, so if you have experience/suggestions, please share them! This was shot at 1080p, 10 second intervals, edited in Kinemaster on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. I can’t import 4K into Kinemaster. I’ve added a link to the pack strap we’re trying out. I like some things about it, but haven’t figured out being able to adjust it quickly on the fly yet so may look at something else.
